A very popular and widely famous traditional Turkish dish : Turkish Pizza (Ground beef pizza) or lahmacun recipe This is originally baked in stone ovens but here we cooked in in a simple deep pan and it worked quite well! It's easy, delicious and very healthy! In Turkey, this is usually eaten with lots of salad (especially tomato,parsley and onionn and ofcourse lots of lemon) by rolling it all into the lahmacun.There are different kind of Ground Beef Bread's(Lahmacun). This is the simples version. It is up to you if you want to bake this in a electric oven, but we wouldn't suggest you to do that since it is coming out very dry! DIRECTIONS FOR THE TOPPING Transfer the ground meat into a large bowl Add the grated tomato and the grated onion Add parsley and pepper Add the tomato and pepper pastes And finally, red pepper, salt and black pepper Mix it very well Add half a cup of water DIRECTIONS FOR THE DOUGH Mix the dry ingredients first, flour, dry yeast,sugar and salt Slowly add a cup of warm water as you keep kneading Cover it and leave for around an hour it to rise Cut the dough into equal pices and make balls It will make approx. 8 balls of dough Don't roll them too thin or too thick Transfer into a wide pan and scatter over the meat mix you prepared Use around 2 spoons for each With the lid on, cook for around 10 minutes on medium heat Once it is done, cover it so it stays soft Traditionally 'Lahmacun' is served with lemon and slices of tomato, onion and parsley!Dont forget to like and subscribe for more Turkish and international cuisine recipes!

3 cups flour
2 tsp. fry yeast
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
-Ingredients for the topping
350 g (0.7 lbs) of ground beef
1 big size onion (grated)
2 big size tomatoes (grated)
5 or 6 branches parsley
2 minced italian peppers
2 tsp. Tomato paste
2 tsp. Pepper paste
2 tsp. Red pepper flakes
½ tsp. Black pepper
1 tsp. Salt
