Tasty Grilled Top Sirloin Steak Fajitas

Ingredients:
3 pounds Top Sirloin Steak, cut into thin strips
1 package Small Tortilla Wraps
1 large Green Pepper (optional)
1 large Sliced Onion (optional)
1 bag shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
1 bag tortilla chips (optional)
Steak Fajita Marinade Ingredients:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
Whisk vegetable oil, chili powder, lime juice, honey, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper in a bowl to make a marinade.
Place Steak strips into a large resealable plastic bag; pour marinade over Steak. Knead bag to coat Steak with marinade.
Squeeze out air, seal bag, and refrigerate 4 hours to overnight.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat 375 degrees.
Remove Steak strips from marinade; discard used marinade.
Heat 2 tablespoons sesame oil in a wok or large iron skillet over high heat.
Grill Steak on preheated grill until browned, about 10 minutes per side.
Sauté Chopped green pepper and onions.
Place some of the Steak into a tortilla wrap and add green peppers and onions to taste.
