Poha is flattened rice, and kanda is onions, and both are combined to make delicious Indian snacks. The Marathi Recipe version is incredibly good and quick to prepare at home. Ingredients:
1. Flattened rice
2. Chopped carrot
3. Chopped onion-2 (medium)
4.Green chilli (slit)-2 to 3
5.Lemon juice-2 tbsp
6.Curry leaves-15 to 17
7.Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
8.Sugar-1/2 tsp (optional)
9.Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp
10.Salt to taste
11.Cooking oil-3 to 4 tbsp
12. Aloo Bhujiya (optional)
