BBQ Kachori Recipe In English:
Ingredients for Kachori :
500g All-purpose flour
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1 tbsp Ghee
500g Chicken mince
1 cup Onion (chopped)
1/2 cup Tomato (chopped)
1/2 cup Capsicum (chopped)
1/2 cup Carrot (chopped)
2 tbsp Green chilies (chopped)
1/4 cup Coriander (chopped)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Red chili flakes
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Coal for smoke
Direction for Kachori :
In a bowl add flour, salt, baking soda, ghee and mix it well.
Gradually add water and knead a medium soft. Set aside.
Take dough, flat it, brush with ghee and sprinkle flour in center.
Fold it half way to center, brush ghee and sprinkle flour on top again. Repeat the same process.
Lastly fold it in a rectangular shape, cover with cling and refrigerate for 30 minutes at least.
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and sauté it for a minute.
Add onion, chicken mince and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Then add red chili flakes, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, carrots, green chilies and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Lastly add coriander and mix well. Heat a piece of coal and smoke the cooked mince.
Take dough, roll it out and cut in rectangular pieces.
Take one pieces fill it with cooked mince, apply water on corners and close it making a ball shape. Tap gently in your hand to flatten a bit.
Heat oil in a pan, deep fry kachories on medium low flame until light golden brown.
Tasty and crispy smoky kachori are ready to serve.

Cooking time: 30 minutes
Serving: 4-5
