Veg. Pasta with homemade Alfredo sauce
- Pour half of the oil in the pan
- add one tablespoon of garlic
- sauté
- add chopped onions and sauté until softened
- Add chopped peppers, baby spinach, mushrooms, carrots, and broccoli
- cook until all of the vegetables are tender
- add Italian seasoning, oregano, black pepper, red chili pepper, and salt
- Mix well and cook for a while
- take it out of the pan
- Put the rest of the oil in a pan
- Now add all purpose flour to that and sauté until golden brown
- Add milk and stir continuously so that no lumps are formed
- Keep cooking until the sauce thicken
- Now add the veggies
- Now add the cooked pasta and mix it well so that every thing is well coated
- Now add parmesan cheese and mix it well
- serve hot-
