“To be able to sacrifice what you are” you must be willing to leave what you are doing today. For example, waking up at 9 am, eating unhealthy food, going to work then coming home and sitting, watching television for a few hours then going to sleep. You wasted a whole entire day. In exchange for “What you will become” such as waking up at 5 o’clock or 4 o’clock in the morning, getting more work done, eating portioned, healthy food, going to work early and leaving later than most and when you get home, instead of watching television, go to the gym or work on your PASSION whether it be art, a hobby, writing/reading a book or anything else...What is your motivation?
