Why I Love Gardening in the North | Autumn Harvest Farm Vlog
Hi Everyone! Thank you so much for stopping by and watching our video. Today we are in the garden harvesting our squash after a frost.
The squash I was wondering about is a Bonbon Squash. Here's a little bit about it from the American Selections Website. We've since tried it and it's delicious and cured the best indoors out of all the squash.A definite keeper!
Bonbon is a Cucurbita maxima with three improved traits. ... Bonbon squash has thick orange flesh and when cooked delivers sweet flavor (hence the name Bonbon) and creamy texture loaded with vitamin A. The Bonbon shaped dark green squash is painted with silver stripes and weighs about four pounds.
