Learn how to make Jamaican style grilled escovitch fish (Red Snapper) in this episode of Tasty Tuesday's with Chris De La Rosa of CaribbeanPot.com. Stuffed Red Snapper is grilled over a charcoal grill then topped with a tasty escovitch dressing, for that great Jamaican flavor. The escovicth sauce or dressing is excellent of fried of grilled fish and other seafood and relatively spicy from the inclusion of thinly sliced scotch bonnet peppers.
