Ciao to Alice and Francesco of "Cooking Cooks" who have recently set up their "kitchen shack" in the West Yard of Camden Lock Market in the "Global Kitchen Street Food" area (adjacent to the Regents Canal).

They serve up their homemade pasta while you wait - there is no secret to the recipe & preparation because they make everything in full view of you.

If you are planning to visit the stall: send them a message (on Facebook or Twitter) ahead of your visit to confirm what particular day they will be trading.
