Indian Vegetable Pasta Masala, Mix Vegetable Pasta, Masala Vegetable Pasta in Tomato Chili Sauce
Vegetable Pasta Recipes: Make Healthy Vegetable Pasta Recipe in Indian style. Whole wheat Vegetable Pasta Recipe with Tomato and Chili Sauce. This Vegetable Pasta is quick and easy to make at home.
Ingredients: Whole Wheat Pasta, Capsicum, Onion, Chili, Garlic, Ginger, Curry Leaves, Tomato and Green Chilly Sauces, Mix Herbs, Chilly Flacks and Pizza Seasonings.
Recipes:
Boil water, add some oil / butter, cook and drain pasta or spaghetti as directed on package.
Finely chop 2 Capsicums, 2 Onions, Some Garlic / Ginger / Chilies.
Heat Pan add 3 - 4 Spoon of Oil / Butter, add Garlic / Ginger / Chilies and cook for 30 seconds.
Add chopped Onion and Capsicum, sprinkle some water and cook the Vegetables.
Now add Tomato and Chili Sauce, Sugar and Salt as per test, mix it well with Vegetables and smash it. Add Mix Herbs, Chilly Flacks and Pizza Seasoning - mix it till you get a small of herbs coming out.
Add cooked pasta or spaghetti mix well and serve.
(One can also add other vegetables like French Beans, Green Onion Leaves, Grated Carrot)
