1 Cup Gehu ka Ata(Wheat flour)
1 Cup Maida (Refined flour)
1 Tsp salt
2 Tbl sp Malai Or Milk
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup water
1 Tsp oil
500 Gram Boiled Potato Grated
1 Tsp Anardana powder (Pomegranate powder)
1 Tsp Saunf(Ani seed)
1 Tsp Kalonji (Nigellas seed)
1/4 Tsp Ajwain seed(Carom seed)
1 Tsp Bhuna jeera powder (Roasted cumin powder)
1 Tsp Amchur powder (Dry Mango powder)
1 Tsp Garam masala powder
1 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilly powder
1 Tsp Dhania powder (Coriander powder)
1 Tbl sp Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek leaves)
1/2 Tsp Kala namak(Black salt)
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp Sindha namak (Rock salt)
3 to 4 Green chilly finely chopped
