Hey everyone! Here is my first attempt making coq au vin, a classic french dish. I dedicated all of January towards cooking French food, and tried this meal at the end of the month to test the techniques I learned. Let me tell you, I learned a LOT! In this video you see me learn something completely new that I wasn't expecting. My sauce failed, and I learned how to resurrect it! It was incredible! I hope you enjoy this video!
