The ddrum Reflex ELT, Rally Sport and Max series
With acoustic endorsers like Carmine and Vinny Appice, Vinnie Paul and electronic artists like Aquiles Priester and Dennis Chambers, ddrum is one of those steady brands that always has a suprise at the Winter NAMM Show. This year the new Reflex ELT and the Relfex Red with Metallic Red Powder Coated hardware were some of the highlights the 34 year old drum company showed. In the video below you get the rundown of the new 2017 additions for ddrum, hosted by Felix DeLuna, Artist Relations and Product Development manager for ddrum.

Reflex ELT Series
The Elite sub series. Made of 100% Alder, they are equipped with chrome plated Faceoff lugs, bass drum Isolifts, and Fixpitch suspension mounts. There are three color options for this series: Trans Black, Trans Red Lacquer Finish and a Gloss Natural finish.

Reflex Rally Sport
Fairly priced at $699.00, the Reflex Rally Sport is one for the gigging drummer. The finish in the video is Satin Green with Creme dual stripe.

Reflex Red
Reflex Red is a throwback to when ddrum started making drums, but built with the standards an quality of the moment. The Metallic Red powder coated is standard, and it comes in black or white.
The great thing is that you can build it anyway you want.

MAX Series
The kit shown in the video is the supersized version of the standard 3 piece kit. With the Satin Natural Lacquer finish, made of Alder and two plies of Maple on the outside, this kit has a little more attack than, for instance the Rally Sport. The standard config has a 8x12" rack tom, a 14x16" floor tom and a 14x24" bass drum. A little higher priced than the Rally as well, at $999.00.
