How to Make Vegetarian Pasta Bake - Recipe in description
There's not much better than a perfectly prepared, cheesy pasta bake. Learn how to make this pasta bake by following our video tutorial.

Ingredients for 4 people:
500 g of macaroni
1 tube of tomato paste, unseasoned
5 cloves of garlic
400 ml of cream
4 tomatoes
250 g of grated cheese (Gouda or mozzarella)
100 ml of olive oil
Italian style herbs
Salt and pepper
To start with, cook the macaroni in salted water until al dente. Then leave to drain.
For the sauce, mix olive oil, cream, a whole tube of tomato paste, herbs and spices, and season with salt and pepper. Peel the cloves of garlic, dice, and add to the sauce. Add olive oil and garlic to taste.
Mix pasta and sauce thoroughly and transfer both onto a large baking dish. Mix 1/3 of the cheese with the pasta. Next, cut the tomatoes into quarters and add them to the macaroni. Sprinkle with cheese and slide into the oven preheated at 180 °C.
Brown the dish for about 30 minutes the with oven fan on until the cheese melts. Serve immediately.
