The Fashion District is located at 9th street and maple avenue in Los Angeles and is a gigantic area full of amazing stores that offer a huge variety of high quality and super cheap fabrics (mostly). Additionally you'll find further crafting supplies for beads, rhinestones, leather, feathers and much more!
