This is the start of a new series where I am going to be documenting and sharing with you my renovation of a built in 1950 minimalist traditional or cottage house design. I can't decide which it is.

In Episode 1, after 3 weeks of searching the right house finally came my way and I am on the way to owning it. I'm giving you a tour of the house and we're looking at some of the problems I am going to have to resolve.
