Things required to make a windmill
1. 7 inch * 7 inch square sheet or any size square sheet.
2. A pencil/straw
3. Round push pin and
4. Thermocol balls

Lets understand a bit of windmills.
A windmill is a mill that converts the wind ENERGY into rotational energy by means of blades also know as Sails or Vanes. The majority of current windmills take the form of wind turbines used to generate electricity, or windpumps used to pump water either from ground or land water.
In the olden days farmers used to use wind mills for irrigation purpose.
If you check the history, windmills are not a modern day invention, we can find examples that they were discovered much before 13th century.
It is also known as Paper Propeller, Windmill and PinWheel.
