This is a recreation of Gordon Ramsay Fish Finger tried and tested at home.
Ingredients
Fish - Any Fish, ask your fishmonger to fillet the fish & remove the skin or buy fish fillet from the supermarket.
All-Purpose Flour for coating the fish
Breadcrumb
Egg
Dill or coriander
Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil
