5 Ways To Cook Eggs On The Grill | The best part of summer is all the grilling! If you thought you had made the most out of BBQ season and already put the grill away for the season, it's time to roll it back out, because these 5 egg-cellent recipes are going to blow your mind!

1. Egg Stuffed Peppers
You'll Need:
- 3 medium peppers (1 red, 1 green, 1 yellow), about 4 inches tall
- 6 eggs
- salt & pepper to taste
- 6 tbsp shredded cheese
- 4 tsp fresh chopped parsley
Here's How:
1.1 Cut the "lid" off the peppers and remove the seeds. Crack 2 eggs in each pepper and season with salt, pepper, and parsley. stir the contents of the peppers and sprinkle 2 tbsp of cheese in each pepper.
1.2 Place the lids back on the peppers, place them on the grill, and cook at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.

2. Egg Shish Kebabs
You'll Need:
- 9 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 3 wooden skewers
- small piece of parchment paper
Here's How:
2.1 Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the eggs upright into a muffin pan and poke a small hole in the top of each egg – use the wooden skewer to help you create a big enough hole for a small paper funnel to fit into.
2.2 Roll a small piece of parchment paper into a small funnel, stick the tip in the hole, and use it to carefully add salt and pepper to each egg.
2.3 Bend the end of one of the wooden skewers and use it to scramble the inside of each egg. Place the muffin pan on a sheet pan, pour some water around the muffin pan, and cook at 350°F for 12 minutes. Let the eggs cool down for a bit.
2.4 Place 3 eggs on each skewer and place them on the grill. Close the lid, grill briefly, and enjoy.

3. Grilled Scotch Egg
You'll Need:
- 4 eggs
- 12 oz ground meat (3 oz per egg)
- salt, pepper & paprika to taste
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 8 slices of bacon
- 4 thick wooden skewers
Here's How:
3.1 Peel the eggs and set them aside for now. Season the ground meat with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the BBQ sauce, mustard, and minced garlic, and mix well.
3.2 Take about 3 oz of meat per egg and shape it around the peeled egg. Wrap 2 slices of bacon around the ground meat and stick a wooden skewer through it. Repeat with the rest of the eggs and place the skewers on the grill over medium heat. Cook 20-25 minutes, making sure to regularly rotate the skewers.

4. Grilled Egg Burger
You'll Need:
- 20 oz ground meat (5 oz per egg)
- salt, pepper, & paprika to taste
- 4 eggs
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheese
- lettuce, tomatoes, pickles & onions to garnish
Here's How:
4.1 Season the meat and make 4 equal patties. Use a glass bottle to create a deep indent in each patty.
4.2 Place the hamburger patties on the grill and crack an egg into each well. Close the lid, let them cook for 20 minutes, and then assemble your burger.

5. Grilled Egg Patty Burgers
You'll Need:
- 20 oz ground meat (5 oz per egg)
- salt, pepper, & paprika to taste
- 4 eggs
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheese
- lettuce, tomatoes, pickles & onions to garnish
Here's How:
5.1 Season the ground meat with salt, pepper, and paprika and form 4 patties. Place the patties on the grill and let them cook. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs, pour the mixture into a pan over medium heat, and cook a standard omelet. Divide the finished omelet into 4 equal pieces and cook them a bit longer on the grill.
5.2 Place the grilled egg patties on the burgers and garnish as desired.
