The brand new Ferretti 960 is the latest addition to the Ferretti Group fleet and the largest recreational planing craft ever built by the renowned Italian shipyard. At just over 29 metres LOA, and a hull length just below 24, this fresh and sportive vessel not only boasts some innovative design features and flexible layouts, but can also be managed as a pleasure boat. In this way, she combines the benefits of a more compact vessel with the luxury of a superyacht, a perfect combination that will undoubtedly appeal to all her guests.
Ferretti 960's external features show a silhouette that is sportive, compact and slender. Gently curved lines, with glazing that runs along the entire main deck, and subtly aggressive shapes give her a sharp look, while having her retain a certain friendliness. As usual with new builds from the Ferretti Group, the superyacht was designed during a close cooperation between Studio Zuccon International Project, AUTD and Ferretti's in-house team of architects and designers. As a core concept, this new Ferretti flagship successfully aims at maximising volumes and comfort levels compared to other vessels in this category. One of the ways in which the designers achieved this, is to apply layout concepts that are usually found on larger superyachts. Emphasising flexibility, new launches of the Ferretti 960 will offer a variety of different possibilities for layouts.
The Ferretti 960 boasts a remarkably light and spacious ambiance everywhere onboard, with a sleek and elegant Italian interior design style that is all about the subtle colour palette, contemporary shapes and an easygoing, inviting and contemporary atmosphere. Undeniably designed in a modern style, there is certainly a pleasing sense of classic ambiance to be enjoyed onboard. The interior offers her guests a light and gently informal hospitality that is soft, luxurious and inviting.
The main saloon offers a contemporary open plan lounge, combining areas for sitting and dining into one light and panoramic space. The lounge consists of a large U-shaped sofa as main ingredient, while the dining area has an open yet cozy design of modern white and stainless steel chairs around an eye-catching contemporary table. The overall design of the main saloon gives of an airy and welcoming vibe, perfectly utilising the surrounding vista views and maintaining a warm, luxurious style.
A soft colour palette of white, beige, bronze and silver shades is combined with modern shapes and rounded edges, with details of reflective surfaces in ceiling and furnishing adding a touch of glamour. Ample natural light and a subtle lighting scheme nicely frame the room's design, which, overall, is a contemporary and hospitable space for relaxed living, luxurious lounging and airy enjoyment. Starboard side, sliding glass doors give direct access to Ferretti 960's exterior areas, with a great panoramic cockpit and large sun pads fore and an exterior lounge aft. This aft deck has a large U-shaped sofa perfect for lounging, while a big dining table invites guests to enjoy ample al fresco meals in style.
As mentioned, this model boasts possibilities for flexible layouts, especially with regards to lower deck guest accommodation. Located on the main deck, a spacious master cabin is one of the vessel's most attractive features. The lower deck offers enough space for as many as four equally sized luxury guest cabins, which makes the superyacht particularly spacious, especially considering for her size category. The yacht easily and comfortably accommodates a company of up to 10 guests.

Moving fore from the main saloon, the master suite offers a wonderfully light and spacious stateroom, delightfully stylish en suite, plenty of wardrobe space and state of the art technology. Like the saloon, the design is warm and modern, with a fresh and light colour scheme combined with modern shapes, rounded edges, ample of natural light and high gloss ceiling paneling. There is a sense of tranquility about this stateroom, devoid of any unnecessary details and elegant with an almost minimalistic style.

As for the en suite, openness, lightness and modern hospitality are key. With strong shapes, sharp lines, sleek lighting and a smooth colour scheme, the en suite offers a soothing sense of calm. With a large shower area, his and hers wash basins and a separate toilet area, the master en suite is a great accommodation for one's daily rituals.
