In the fifth episode of my French Cooking Made Easy Series, I show you how to make one of my favourite desserts, Creme Brulee.

Ingredients/Shopping List:
6 Egg Yolks
500ml Double Cream or Whipping Cream
100g Caster Sugar
1 ½ tsps of Vanilla Extract ( or Real Vanilla Pods)
Granulated White or Brown Sugar for the Caramelisation process

Tools:
Ramekins
An Oven Proof Tin that is deep enough to place the ramekins inside and add hot water that reaches half way up the ramekins.
A Kitchen Blow Torch if you want to Caramelise the tops.
