How to Start Training, Working Out, Weight Lifting, Natural Bodybuilding, Fitness (first steps)
Quick simple tips on how to start fitness and bodybuilding training. If you don't know anything about working out and want something to point you in a right direction.
It may help beginners to find out first easy steps of natural bodybuilding journey (or any other sport related activity)
1. Consult a doctor and confirm, there are no restrictions.
2. Set your long and short term goals.
3. Decide, where you are going to train.
4. Research or ask someone experienced to write you simple training plan.
This is one of my first motion graphics and video editing experiences.
3 days of work, just learning.
