CX500 Build - How To Make A Quality Cafe Racer Seat Pan - EP18 - ASMR
EP18 of the CX500 Build and I show you my process for how I build my motorcycle seat pans using basic tools, some steel, and some ingenuity. I show you many tips for designing your seat and give you things to consider while making it for your cafe racer, tracker, bobber, chopper, brat, and more.

-Dewalt angle grinder
-Miller Tig Welder - a mig can be used here no problem
-Bench vise
-Pipe for leverage
-Harbor freight brake
-Vise grips
-Tape
-Screw clamps
-MAP gas torch
Materials used:
-14G steel for pan
-1/2" Round bar for rear mounts
-3/16" steel for front mount
