How to Stuff and Tie Chicken Breasts - Cooking Tip

A good cooking tip to learn if you are a beginner cook. I have several videos in the works which are "tips" to show you a cooking technique or a short cut if you want one, as well as recipes. The Best way to stuff a chicken breast is to make sure it's butterflied, of even thinness (using a Mallet), and to roll it up, then tie the chicken breast with this technique, to keep your ingredients in.

After this is done, you can Bake, Bread, Pan Fry or poach lightly until it's finished. I have made this recipe with and without a breading on it.

The Filling is:
1 TBSP Goat Cheese,
a couple Red Bell Pepper, Thinly Sliced
1 Asparagus Spear per Chicken Breast,
1 Roast Garlic Clove

Spices less than an 1/8 of a TSP of each
Oregano, Basil, Ground Black Pepper

a VERY tiny amount of nutmeg. Fresh is best!
