Here is the initial trailer for "The Committee: A Secret History of American Comedy", a feature documentary now in production about The Committee, an improvisational & sketch comedy troupe, and their meteoric rise of this to the height of popularity and the hard edge of political satire in the 1960's and early 70's. Through TV & film appearances, their influence on the counter-culture political & comedy movements, and the people and performance innovations that came out of their work, their influence is still felt to this day.
