How To Make Persian Akbar Joojeh
1 whole chicken (app 1kg)
4 crushed garlic cloves
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup saffron water
50 grams salted butter
1/2 cup pomegranate molasses
1 tbsp saffron water
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
Serve with basmati rice
