Best TRX Exercises | 10 Best | Sarah Grace Fitness
It seems everyone has a TRX either at home or in their local gym. I wanted to share my 10 best TRX exercises with you all to try.
You can do any of these movements for 10-15 reps of 3-4 sets. Combine some of the lower body movements with the upper body movements for a great full body workout!
