EDIT: Our goal was to buy the worst house in the best neighborhood. We bought the house for $74,000, put $27,000 of our own money into it. And had it reappraised for $160,000!

We bought a house and made it a home!
Back in May of 2016, me and my wife (4 months pregnant) decided to take on a 'handful of a project, by buying, gutting, and remodeling a house; floor to ceiling in almost all of the rooms.
With the expertise of her Aunt and Uncle, we were able to tackle all the projects ourselves!
