Japanese Abandoned House Renovation #1 | Removing the Kitchen Ceiling
In this first video on the renovation of the abandoned Japanese kominka/farmhouse that we purchased in February this year, we remove the kitchen ceiling to open up the house to allow more light in from the attic windows, and also expose the beams in the roof. We also remove some of the walls. The carpenter who built the house 30 years ago is helping us with the renovation.
