Unleavened Bread Pizza

Ingredients-
2 c all purpose flour, whole wheat, bread, einkorn, spelt or chickpea flour (gf)
⅔ c water
1 tsp salt
2 TB olive oil
Preheat your oven with a stone or sheet pan to 500°F
In a bowl Combine flour, salt, 1 Tb oil and water to form a firm, yet pliable dough.. Divide into 2 portions and roll each portion into a ball. Let rest for 10 minutes. With a small amount of flour, roll each dough ⅛" thick. Spoon a teaspoon of oil and spread, then roll the dough into a long cylinder. Spiral the dough (like a snail shell) tightly and lightly press down and set aside. Roll each spiraled dough to ⅛" thick. Top with your favorite pizza toppings and bake on a pizza stone or sheet pan as hot as your oven goes. Check after a 6-7 minutes. Remove when browned. Enjoy!
