Feeling good at the end of a relationship.

When a relationship is not good for you and you move on physically do you move on emotionally? Do you miss you ex? Do you want them back? Have they moved on? Do you feel powerless? This podcast will help you clean up your energy.

All you ever have to tend to is the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

You must not move away from a relationship that wasn't working, you must walk towards what you do want. And the first step is to find the feeling place of what you do want.

There is never a reason to have regret, because you can always clean up your vibration, and if you ultimately want a renewal of a relationship it will not matter what decisions have been made by either of you in the interim, by either of you.

If you truly want renewal of that relationship than any excursion that happened in the meantime will not matter.

What you need to do is decide what you truly want.

What you did or his response to what you did may not in anyway affect the happy life that you expect.

A strong sensation of moving away is a very good reading of what is the best plan of action for you. There is so much more wonderful potential for joyous life experience before you. If you start new you have more potential to be joyous in a relationship. Don't let the fact of how it ended cause confusion about where you were ultimately headed.

Moving on felt good to you, and we would not stop now and second guess your decision.

Always tell yourself that your past decisions were good decisions made based on where you were at the time. From there you can leap into good feeling things of other images, without the feeling of regret. Regret is one of the lowest and most powerless vibrations that you can experience. It's a hard place to start.

Perhaps lack of decision is holding you back.

"Good for me!" now I'll move up the scale.
"What was I thinking?" & move up the scale.
