Here is my short but sweet body transformation video where I changed my body to the way I wanted and achieved this the right way through a mixture of bodybuilding and powerlifting style training focusing on progressive overload and time under tension. I’ve been training for 4+ years now. This video shows my natural bodybuilding progression/transformation from age 17 to 20.

I have never and will never use steroids as a means to change my physique and/or physical performance. Everyone is entitled to their own vision of what they want to look like and what I have already and can go on to achieve naturally has been and will always be good enough for me.

People who laugh at you or try and mock you are simply too weak and insecure to do what you are doing: putting in the work. Lifting weights in the gym is more normal to me than going for drinks or watching tv. It makes me feel good to train, workout and get a pump on. No one will stop me for achieving my goals. Don’t let anyone stop you.
