How to make Healthy Low-fat Vegetable Pasta Recipe for Weight Loss by Life with Amna.

Ingredients:

Wheat Semolina Pasta 1 Cup
Tomatoes 2 (Chopped)
Cabbage 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
Capsicum 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Carrot 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Onion 1 Small (Chopped)
Oil 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Pink Salt as to taste
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take a Pot and add 2 Cups water and boil it. After Boiled add Wheat Semolina Pasta and add Pink Salt as to taste and boil for 5 minutes on high flame. After boiled dry its water.

Step 2: Now take a pan add oil and add Tomatoes, Vinegar and mix it well and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame. After that add Carrot, Onion, Capsicum, Cabbage and mix it well and then add Pink Salt, Black Pepper Powder and stir it for 5 minutes on medium flame.

Step 3: Now add Boiled Pasta and mix it well and cook for 1 minute on high flame. Your Low-fat Vegetable Pasta is ready.
