Doubt. Doubt has made wise men fools, strong men weak, and sure things crumble. Doubt is an infectious disease of the mind that once in it can destroy even the strongest of mental structures. When a man doubts himself he limits himself greatly. Never doubt yourself. By doubting yourself you are hampering your progress and development. It would be just as logical to break your own leg. You have likely been told by others that doubt is good and that doubt keeps you grounded. But those others were lying to you and do not have your best interest in heart and if they did then they are fools who should not be listened too.

Doubt has been talked about from the greats from all walks of life. Henry Ford famously said “If you think you can do a thing or you think you can’t, you’re right” and the Bible states “Truly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ it will happen.”. Throughout time by all who have achieved anything they had to master their mind and defeat their doubts. You should never doubt yourself and I am going to explain why.
