Joseph Mourad loves the auto pilot feature of his Tesla. He even drives with his feet hanging out the window. Mourad was issued a ticket, but it wasn’t for his sitting position or reckless driving. He was going too slow, 25 miles per hour in a 65 mile per hour zone. He says the car was going slow because of heavy traffic. The ticket was dismissed.
