Cherry eye, also known as prolapse of the third eyelid gland, can become red, inflamed and produce less tears overtime leading to ocular diseases. Dr. Greenway describes the condition and offers his advice and insight on how to treat cherry in dogs properly in order to prevent the gland from popping up again from its normal seated position in the future.
