Penne pasta (Durum wheat)- 1 cup
Sufficient water to boil
Salt - 1 tsp
oil- 1 tbsp

(For Red Sauce)
Tomato - 3-4 nos
Kashmiri red chillies - 2-3(De-seed)
Chopped Garlic
CHopped Onions
salt to taste
Oregano
Mixed herbs
Sugar- 1/4 tbsp
Tomato ketchup
