How to find the energy to make stuff
Still sheltering in place? Locked down, or locking yourself down? Me too.
A lot of us sensitive introverts love the enforced 2020 quiet time, but there's a downside too. Problem is, when we're stuck in one place for a long time, it's really easy to get a case of the blahs.
"I often find myself without the energy to do anything at all," says Lily, who wrote to me a few weeks ago. "Especially right now. It’s hard because I know if I pick [my sewing] up it will make the time pass faster and my brain slow down a little, but I just don’t have the motivation to do it."
What can Lily do to find a bit of energy? And what can you do?
Love, Cathy x

Please don't send anything more than a card to Paris - import fees are expensive! You are far too generous. But if you really want to send something larger, or you're in the UK like me, I also have an address here:

Thank you, thank you, to everyone who has sent something to me. It is deeply valuable to read your words in your own handwriting and hold them in my hands. It helps me to connect to who you really are, and what you really need from me. I read, enjoy and treasure every one. Thank you.
