This is how to build the entire system for $10 in hardware, the frame is built from a cheap folding chair that was recycled for the project. Easy design with foot pedal steering controls, allows for hands free use! Adding the trolling motor and battery will allow you to enjoy hours of fun on the water, more than 20 hours on a single charge depending on the battery packed used and the motors power setting! I have a 250 watt solar panel mounted to the dock that charges the battery on the boat, making this not only green but totally off-grid.
