As a newbie chances are you've looked into wholesaling real estate. The problem is that most wholesalers never truly turn the lucrative side hustle into a job. What do I mean by that?
When you start out wholesaling real estate you have to wear a lot of hats. You are the person taking the calls (if you don't use an answering service), meeting with the sellers, analyzing the deals, making the offers, doing the follow-ups, taking pictures, overseeing contracts, working with title, and networking with cash buyers.
In order to successfully turn wholesaling real estate into a business, you will need to work on removing yourself from the day to day operations. This involves starting to hire staff and building a business.
If everything hinges on you, it's just a job.
