When I did not have waffle maker, I tried to make waffles using Sandwich toaster but it never gave me crispy waffles but it came out kind of cakey pancakes so ever since then I started experimenting sweet and savory cake bites using sandwich toaster and my kids love it!
Ingredients:

Note: Condensed milk may contain butter so you can reduce the amount of butter in recipes.

FOR THE WET INGREDIENTS
Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
Condensed milk 1 Can (10 oz)
Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
Milk/Water or pineapple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
FOR THE DRY INGREDIENTS
Plain flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
