My experience using Super-Tech Antifreeze Coolant from Walmart in my personnel vehicle. This engine coolant has been in service for 3-1/2 years in a Toyota engine. The label says its good for 5 years as does most other extended life antifreeze.

Neglected engine coolant can lead to a water pump failure and other leaks from corrosive antifreeze eating away at the hoses and gaskets in your engine. Check with any automotive garage for more information.
