What are the specs you need to look for in a drone under $200?
Battery life - Necessarily over 10 minutes for enough time in the air to catch some good shots

Range - 300m or more, usually achieved by 5g wifi technology, so make sure you get a 5g 802.11wifi phone. The range on some of these quadcopters can get up to 1km.

Camera - Preferably a 2 axis gimbal, but at least a moving camera (that can change angle from the trasnmitter buttons)
