HOW TO GRILL JUICY GROUPER FISH
Grouper is a type of fish, which is considered one of the most healthiest Fish because, it has non Saturated fat and very very less Cholesterol. Tasty when grilled. Try this easy recipe.
1 Grouper Fish (4 oz)
7 Stalks Cilantro
7 Stalks Parsley
1tsp Black pepper
1tsp White Pepper
8 Grains of Njangsa
2 tsp of Ginger and Garlic
2 tsp Salt
3 Maggi Cubes or Bouillon or 3tsp of Knor Seasoning
1/4 Onion
1tsp Thyme
3 Slices of Lemon for flavour
1/4 Cup of Olive oil
Microwave the rest of the seasoning for dressing of the fish at the end.
