no mods work anymore, after many years without a update GTA IV got a update and the scripthook, ASI loader, and other mods to mod the game no longer work, if you want to mod the game you will have to get the patch 1.0.7.0 and a file i link here http://gtaforums.com/topic/388658-relgtaiv-xliveless/ install that with scripthook, ASI loader, and 1.0.7.0 patch and you should be good to go. I cant give you the patch that you will have to find yourself.
