Stir fry prawns with carrots and broccoli
Simple as it looks. Clean the prawns and the vegetables, place all the vegetables in an iron skillet. In a pot add the heads of the prawns and the celery leaves add water and let it boil. While the vegetables are cooking add the cleaned prawns to the vegetables and sprinkle them with chili pepper. After 5 minutes remove the prawns to a bowl and cover with a lid. Let the vegetables cook for another 10 minutes adding the stock previously prepared. That's it. This is the basic recipe, if you'd like to create a variation add the following ingredients at the end.
Indian: Add, Curcuma, cumin and fresh cucumber.
Italian: Cream and fresh olive oil.
Thai: Yellow curry, coconut milk, coriander and peanuts
Chinese: Tomato sauce, 3 teaspoon of sugar, one spoon of rice vinegar and soy sauce.
Greek: Yougurt, coriander and fresh cucumber.
American: Cream, soy sauce, sesame oil and sesame seeds.
