This Shelf was a request to help keep some Equipment out of the reach of Toddlers.

I made the Shelf from Very Old Reclaimed Wood. I decided on a Simple Design that uses Dowels fixed to a Back Rail, with the Main part of the Shelf sliding over the Dowels to be held in place.

I finished the project using Boiled Linseed Oil and the Recipient was Very Happy with the Finished Work :)

This is a relatively Simple Woodworking Project that could easily be adapted to make using Hand Tools.
