Maison Margiela Fall / Winter 2016 Men's Runway Show in Paris France Ready-To-Wear Collection by designer John Galliano creative director. The mix of cycling bib shorts favored by professional athletes, along with giant duffle coats with sleeves ripped-off and hefty combat style boots. The trademark Margiela jackets were all mostly deconstructed missing sleeves with glimpses of the inner workings of the tailoring. The show notes referred to clothes as being “interrupted”, which is a good way to describe Margiela's aesthetic.
