I met this man during my presentation at the Inc 5000 event, and I was so touched by the story he shared with us about a grand gesture his employees made for him. It’s a clear demonstration of what happens when you add tremendous value to everyone, not just your customers. When you take care of your own, they’ll do remarkable things for you in turn.
