WOW! I've been waiting for this new community to open up and boy was it worth the wait! This is Stanton Estates by Jones Homes USA in Winter Garden. Not just Winter Garden but just up the road from downtown Winter Garden which is one of the most quaint downtowns you'll ever see. The Sawgrass is a massive home just filled with standard features too! Of course, the model has even more than the standards and can be yours for "just" $1.2 million. But the plan actually starts in the mid-$600s.

Take a look and let me know what you think! If you are thinking of moving to Orlando or relocating from within the Orlando area, you'll want to check out Horizon West in addition to Apopka! Part of Winter Garden, this area is the country's largest planned community! It is absolutely gorgeous and the Town Center shops are going in, new schools, just fantastic all around.
